The COVID-19 situation opens an opportunity for us to reach out to our community and offer help in a time of need! As community organizations reach out to ask for help, we invite our FAC family to respond by reflecting Jesus' light to the world and offering HOPE to those around us. Thank you for answering the call during this time!

Provide for foster families - May 18

The Children's Network of Southwest Florida has approximately 75 foster families with toddlers who are in need of diapers and baby wipes. There will be a drop-off donation opportunity on Monday, May 18th, under the drive-through portico next to the worship center. Enter from Green Street, and we will load your donations into a truck to bring to this organization so they can distribute the supplies to the families. We will collect donations from 9 am - 12 noon.

Distribute free meals at local schools - Ongoing Need

Charlotte County Public Schools is distributing free breakfast & lunch to any children under in the school system, 18 and under. The meals are being given out at four of our local schools, and each school needs some volunteers. Distribution is done Monday - Thursday from 9:30am - 1:00pm. Click on the icon to sign-up. You can indicate your available day(s) and desired school to serve at.

Volunteer at Pregnancy Solutions - Ongoing Need

Pregnancy Solutions seeks to help women in our area who find themselves with an unexpected or unplanned pregnancy. During this time, they need additional volunteers, and provide training for that role. They are also in need of cleaning supplies so they can keep their offices safe for the volunteers and clients.
