He Speaks to Me, (Jennifer Ammerman) Tuesdays, Sept. 7-Oct. 12, 6:30-8:15 PM- Do you wonder how you can know if God is speaking to you or how you can better hear Him? Priscilla Shirer draws life lessons from the account of God speaking Samuel. Priscilla relates six characteristics found in Samuel that are applicable to women today as they tune their hearts to hear God's voice. By listening to God's voice and obeying Him, you can be drawn into a closer relationship to God that brings a deeper desire to serve Him faithfully.
Anointed, Transformed, Redeemed, (Judie Natke and Linda Rivers) Thursdays, Sept. 9-Oct. 14, 6:30-8:15 PM- These three women explore their lives and the life of David in this six-session women's Bible study. The messages presented by these beloved authors are divided into three segments focusing on the life of David at a different stage of his life: as a young man, as a middle-aged man,, and as a man facing the final third of his life. You’ll laugh with them, cry with them, and learn to love God with them.

Learn what the Lord's Prayer teaches us about effective prayer and how to put into practice its timeless principles. This dynamic study will include sharing answers to prayer and practicing prayer in a supportive small-group setting.

Me, Myself, and Lies: A Thought Closet Makeover, (Melinda Means) Thursdays, Sept. 9-Oct.21, 9:30-11:30 This women's Bible study will encourage you to clean out the junk in your mind and replace hidden negative thoughts with positive truths from God's word. Words are powerful. Especially the words women speak to themselves. All too often, what we say to ourselves when we lie in bed at night or look in the mirror in the morning is not even close to the words God wants us to speak to our souls.

The study begins by defining false strongholds, then focuses on five key benefits for every believer, including how to find satisfaction in God and experience God's peace We’ll look at the nuts and bolts of the matter of pleasing God and answer the questions: How can we overcome persistent, defeating, devastating patterns of sin in our lives? How can we become so nonself-centered that we no longer focus on our own performance? How can we become so God-centered that we no longer pursue things that displease Him?
Anger Awareness, Dr. Christine Hensley-Robbins Thursdays, Oct. 21-Dec. 2, 9:30-11:30 Do you consider anger a gift? Using the text, Making Anger Your Ally, Dr. Christine will share the ways that most people negatively express anger, and help you to zero in on your anger expressions. Then, she’ll give you the skills that can help you turn anger around to be the gift that God intended it to be.
