So we're planing on launching a new campus in January. Got some questions? Great!
Why are we going multi-site?
There are thousand of people in the Charlotte County area who don't have a church home and who don't yet know they matter to God. We want to reach them with the message of Jesus Christ. Connecting more people on the Midway campus is realistically harder to maintain. With sky high gas prices and packed schedules, this new campus will make it easier for people to attend services, volunteer, invite their friends and take next steps in the community where they live, work and play. We're going to be one church - one vision - different sites.
Is this a church plant?
No. The PG campus is First Alliance Church, just as the Midway campus is. We will continue to have one Board of Elders and one Senior Pastor. The PG campus enables us to continue to fulfill our vision of reaching people for Christ.
The service experience will be just like going to church at the Midway campus on a Sunday Morning. The PG site will have live music, a Campus Pastor and the message will be projected on large screens. The service will have the same quality video we're all used to seeing on the big screens, drama, video, teaching, plus comfortable seats. Doesn't get much better than that! You'll definitely want to invite your friends.
What about the kids?
Children's ministry is a priority for us. Each age group will gather to experience great teaching and a fun interactive experience. They definitely won't be bored. Full nursery care will also be provided.
How can I get more information?
If you are interested in getting involved or volunteering, there will be an organizational meeting held on Sunday, Nov. 2nd, in the Worship Center immediately after the third service.
