You can register for this event two different ways:

Register in Person

You can register in person by calling or coming by First Alliance Church, 20444 Midway Blvd., Port Charlotte, Florida.   Phone:  941 – 625 – 7435.

Registration Fee 

There is no set entrance fee but the suggested donation is $15.00 per participant before 7/28/2009 and $20.00 after that date.

Please also consider having friends, family and coworkers “sponsor” your participation.
